The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on September 18, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Mock trading on Saturday, September 19, 2026 – No new version release on Capital Market Segment.
The following has been stated namely: -
• NSE will conduct a Capital Market (CM) segment mock trading session on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from the DR site.
• The required NEAT+ 7.9.0 version should be used explicitly for CAS. It is available at /cmftp/common/NEATPlus790.
• NEAT+ 7.8.9 will be discontinued effective October 10, 2026 (mock). Members should plan migration accordingly.
• Normal market opens at 11:30 AM and closes at 12:30 PM. T+0 trading runs from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with trade modification until 12:10 PM.
• Block Deal Window-1 is 11:00–11:15 AM, Block Deal Window-2 is 12:00–12:15 PM, and the Auction Market operates from 11:45 AM–12:25 PM.
• Closing Session is 12:50–1:00 PM, trade modification ends at 1:10 PM, and live re-login is from 2:00–2:30 PM.
• All outstanding orders will be purged before each session. Mock trades have no fund pay-in or pay-out obligations. NNF users must manually clear orders in their systems.
• Members should test all trading software and re-login to the live environment to ensure smooth connectivity for Monday, September 21, 2026.
• All members enabled for live CM trading are automatically eligible. Existing User IDs, IPs and Box ID mappings will be used. Members should verify Telnet connectivity, Box ID setup, and appropriate branch/user limits.
